Hotelia now integrates with PriceLabs for dynamic hotel pricing

Starting today, independent hotels on Hotelia can connect PriceLabs and let every night price itself. Your rates and minimum stays update on their own, your bookings flow back to PriceLabs within about a minute, and the price a guest sees on your booking widget is always the right one for that night.

The PriceLabs integration is included in your Hotelia plan, at the same 0% commission on direct bookings as always.

How dynamic pricing works in Hotelia

Connect once, and the two systems keep each other up to date.

Each room type becomes one listing in PriceLabs. If you have two King rooms, PriceLabs sees one King listing with two units and prices them together, the way hotels have always priced rooms.

PriceLabs syncs automatically once a day, and any time you press Sync Now. Minimum stays you set in PriceLabs apply right away on your booking widget. Your bookings and availability flow back, so PriceLabs is always pricing against what you actually have left to sell.

You stay in control

Dynamic pricing should work for you, and also allow you to take the wheel.

Your manually set price always wins. Set your own price for any night in Hotelia and it overrides PriceLabs for that night.

Turn it off any time. Pause pricing for one room type in PriceLabs, or disconnect completely in Hotelia. Your own rates come back right away, and your records stay intact.

You pay PriceLabs directly. Hotelia does not add a fee or take a cut. The integration is included in your plan, and every booking is still 0% commission. PriceLabs pricing is simple and affordable.

Get started in about 10 minutes

1. Sign up for a PriceLabs account, add your listings, choose Hotelia as your PMS provider, and allow Hotelia to add listings.
2. In Hotelia, go to Settings, then Integrations, and open the PriceLabs tile.
3. Enter your PriceLabs email, confirm your location, and press Connect.
4. Back in PriceLabs, finish each listing’s setup, turn on Enable Price Sync, and press Sync Now.

That is it. Your room types, rates, and booking history go to PriceLabs, and your first prices land in Hotelia within minutes.
