Does Hotelia integrate with Booking.com?

Not yet. A channel manager integration that will sync rates and availability with Booking.com and other OTAs is in development and coming soon. Today Hotelia powers your direct channel: your own booking engine, guest data, and daily operations.

Does Hotelia charge commission on direct bookings?

No. Hotelia's direct booking engine charges 0% commission. You only pay standard payment processing fees through Stripe. Unlike OTAs that charge 15-25% commission, all revenue from direct bookings goes directly to your hotel.

How will OTA sync work once the channel manager launches?

Once the channel manager integration is live, availability and rates will sync both ways between Hotelia and your connected OTAs, so a booking on one channel updates the others automatically. Until then, you continue managing OTA inventory in the tool you use today.

Is Hotelia's payment processing PCI compliant?

Yes. Hotelia integrates with Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant—the highest level of certification. Card data is never stored on Hotelia's servers, and all transactions are encrypted end-to-end.
